Above is the latest patch. It is a patch, so you do need http://www.mediafire.com/download/s8g3boz6tzynmnb/ROCER1.6.1-all.zip as a base.
This patch fixes a few issues with the game so those of you who are well advanced should be able to get a bit further.
My plans for this weekend are to do some more testing myself, work on the updater, and get some of the graphics done.
Please do let me know if you are still stuck on something. I am sure even with this release there are lots of problems lurking.

Redemption of the Crimson Empress is a single player standalone adult game in the Japanese Futanari (hermaphrodite) style with aspects of solitaire, an rpg/sim, and a visual novel. It is built on the Renpy game platform, has an original story line and original 3D rendered art work.
On a new game and direct patch of 1.6.1 to 1.6.7, Emerald/Topaz go missing is still failing to trigger. Also, Dzazd isn't giving the double cock item.
ReplyDeleteI take part of that back. Immediately after posting, I quit out of the game and restarted it. First time I went to throne room, emerald/topaz went missing.
ReplyDeleteIt may be still busted somehow. There is a kludge in the game restart code to make those events happen if they should have happened by now.
ReplyDeletewell since i had files from 1.6.1(when i restarted) and it was just when i got the collect drive parts (only back up i had) so got some coffee luck up to 10 and spoiler/cheat sheet out :P
ReplyDeleteSo with Kita all went well i got iridium igniters (dont know if good or bad wasnt in inventory). Wasnt able to get the bell from Dzazd have submission up to 69(made several saves points each in different folder for myself to keep track) then i got to 71 and nothing.so then i did 1 time Amaranth and poped in heart zone and i got Cerise telling me about Clavielle plan and afterward nothing can go from room to room and talk or seduce em.
Zarielle did reports about Clavielle to.
Should i upload saves somewere?

DeleteNote that some things are on a time delay. The bell is 8 days from request to receive.
I have changed it so you only have to get Dzazd to heart status to get the bell.
sorry havent had the time in RL to test your build but from reading it i will be using(saves)- redoing all the parts well i will post tomorow been loooooooooooooooooooong and tiresome week.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, prior to patch 1.6.8 I managed to double pen Tanzy and she gave Kit a cock, yay! Kit then gave me my igniter thingies.
Problem is, I couldn't get the bell from Dzad after getting 70+ submission and a little love heart too.
So, I installed 1.6.8, which may ( I do not know if it did ) have caused an issue. After installing it, I Jester told me I had to speak to the ambassadors to get the parts I needed and Kit talked to me about how she would give me the igniter if I convinced Tanzy to give her a cock (Phowar!). Now I had already done this so I don't know if I may have broken something, or if the dialogue shouldn't make any difference.
Regardless, I still can't get the bell from big Dzad. Also, can't seem to trigger the trap for Clavthingy!
Sigh, I thought that I had fixed those. I will have to take another look.

DeleteHow does the game define encounter when using items?
ReplyDeleteAn Encounter starts when you start talking to someone and finishes after that sequence plays out really. Another way to look at it is you are still in an encounter while you are building scores towards a progressive total.

DeleteBtw, I've notice some red text appearing on the screen(upper left hand), but it not readable because it appears behind the other text. Is it important?
